We love the art of hospitality. Riccardo is from Florence, Italy and Marybeth is from Sioux Falls, SD. Together we have created something special in Downtown Sioux Falls, and we have a team of caring culinary professionals, managers, servers, bartenders, hosts, expos, bussers, and dishwashers. Every person is important and irreplaceable; that’s how we treat everyone, including our clients.

After opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, we started our catering company in 2021, then Brix Wine Bar in 2022 and Maribella Ristorante in 2022. At our restaurants we say, “Enter as friends, leave as family.” When we cater your event, we bring that same sentiment with us to your venue, house, office, backyard, etc.

We are a family-owned, family-run business, and we treat every staff member like one of our own. Our Culinary Director, Adam Schumacher, is a personable, caring individual who loves sharing his talents as an Executive Chef and mentor to our Sous Chefs.
